“First Class Collision went above and beyond to save my planned departure date for my vacation. I had two seized bolts on my Ineos Grenadier roof rack. Within a couple of hours they had removed the broken bolts, saved the treaded bracket, painted the scratches I had made during my attempted removal and provided me with new hardware so I could remount the rack. “I had an excellent experience with this autobody repair shop! I needed my passenger-side mirror completely replaced, and from start to finish, the entire experience was wonderful.
I initially spoke with the owner, Brian, who happened to be on vacation with his family. Even while away, he was incredibly helpful and encouraged me to bring my vehicle in so his team could take care of it. That level of customer service really stood out to me.
When I arrived, Andy greeted me kindly and helped escort my vehicle into the garage. He and Fernando worked together to complete the replacement, and they were both professional, efficient, and incredibly timely. The work was done perfectly, and I was back on the road without a long wait.
And an extra bonus: the owner’s dog was hanging out in the office! I got to give some pets to a very good boy while I waited, which definitely made an already great experience even better.
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this shop and will absolutely be coming back if I ever need autobody work again!

The other side of the car had scratches and stains, now looks brand new!
Fixed damage on front bumper corner that was not part of the bid.
Other extras;
piece of bumper trim that would never stay in place now perfect.
Trunk gasket was horribly disconnected, now perfect.
Where my fenders met the bumpers front and back were misaligned, now perfect.
The bid was for just replacing two damaged doors. New beautiful new paint also on front and back fenders and bumpers!
New pinstripes on both sides of car
Fixed foggy headlights like new
Detailing on grill and all trim beautiful
Rims and tires look new
Even cleaned the engine compartment
Two contractor bags of my junk collected due to being a disorganized work car. Also it was disgusting from queens industrial park dust.
Now looks amazing!
When I say I was blown away it is an understatement!
At least 12 different people had their jaws drop at the sight of the amazing work they did to transform my 2011 Avalon from a very junky looking work car back to it’s original beauty!

“Wow, I'm really glad I listened to the reviews. I was trying to find a decent shop to do my state inspections and this place blew me away. I live in Queens and some of the shops near me won't do an inspection because I have tinted windows, even though I have a legitimate NYS tint exemption sticker pasted on one of the windows. Dealership will do it but they upsold me hard last year so I vowed to never make that mistake again. This year, I brought my car here for the state inspection and a tire rotation. I met some guy at the front named Bobby and he was unusually friendly for NY standards. Was not expecting the good customer service that I did but can see why this place is so highly rated. In about an hour and 20 minutes, I was out of there with a passed inspection and everything. No up-selling albeit my car is pretty new but the dealer upsold me HARD last year which left a bad taste in my mouth. The tire rotation here was only $25, the Acura dealer was trying to charge me $60. Overall the best experience I've had in a mechanic shop in NY so far. That said, they seem to be busy even in the mornings. I booked an appointment for my inspection a week in advance but if I had just showed up with no appointment, I don't think they could have fit me into their schedule. If you wanna get work done here, it's probably best to call ahead and make an appointment. I plan to move out of NY in a few years but until that day comes, Check Point will keep getting my business for all my car-related needs.”
