“Who enjoys going to the Doctor? Pretty much no one, but that’s probably because you haven’t been to this office. I needed a physical for a clinical rotation and my primary couldn’t get me in but I called and spoke with Sandy and she helped me more than I even realized I needed. She may be the nicest human being alive and I’ve never met her in person. Arrived today and was greeted by Cristal who checked me in told me what paperwork she would need all with a smile on her face like she actually enjoyed speaking with me. Next up was Daniela who I found out will be a treating medical professional in just a couple months, her future patients will be very lucky to have her with her personality and patient care, anywhere will be lucky to have her. Finally there is Amy and if I didn’t know any better I’d swear there is a competition between all these great women to see who can be nicer than the last. I was not sick but I’d bet had I been just speaking with this team I would have started getting better immediately. You can’t teach bedside manner but if you could Amy would be the Professor. People that write reviews typically complain about the smallest of issues but if anyone ever wrote a negative review of this crew I’d love to talk with them because I can’t picture them being capable of doing wrong. 10/10 send your family and friends!!! Tell them Fox sent ya!!! Oh and by the way this office is about 45’ from my home and I’m not even remotely upset about it.”

“I’ve been to this location three times in the past few months and Stephanie has helped me each time. She is very patient and answers any questions you may have. It seems like she is always working by herself but she doesn’t stop moving and you don’t have to wait long at all, even for walk-ins. It’s a great location and will be my go to for bloodwork from now on!”

“Been to this site a few times. Didn’t have to wait and the phlebotomist was able to get my vein easily which doesn’t happen very often. She listened when I asked her to use a small needle and understood that I have had issues in the past. Will likely continue to go to this site for its ease and professionalism.”

“The customer service experience was exceptional. Shereece was the person who greeted me and provided the service. she was very transparent and with her being aware and alert she noticed i was in distress . She explained to me what she was going to do and how she was going to do it, while setting me at ease. However the most amazing part was when she took my blood i did not feel the needle at all. Im a bariatric patent and most technicians have issues getting blood from my vein or even locating a vein. Im usually left bruised up and in paid. Shereece had no problems at all. Her technique was efficient and effective. I was in such aww with her performance and customer service skills.. she definitely needs to be training others. I highly recommend sunrise labs thus far.”

“My experience at the garden city location was as great! They were very professional yet had a laid back calm type of feel. They were fast effective and I was out in 15 min or less. Donna up front was as helpful and friendly as they come. She had a very warm, welcoming, helpful, and fun way about her but at the same time was very professional. Yaseena who does the blood work was very friendly and gentle. You barley feel the needle go in and it was done before you know it. She made the experience as easy as could be. “I was terrified to get my blood work done at my PCP since the nurse practitioner was having trouble finding a vein to draw blood. I opted to walk in at this Northwell lab in Plainview. I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. “I arrived without an appointment for an employer drug test, and I realized arriving at 1:25pm that I might be too late. At 1:30, they can’t take walk-ins for drug tests, but Fatima didn’t mind. She took me in within two minutes, and completed the whole process explaining everything within 10-15 minutes. Absolutely amazing experience, just ignore all the old reviews. The new employees are really kind and professional. Would definitely recommend coming to this place for anything you need!”

“The customer service at this company is amazing. There was a medical billing mix up at the doctor's office that was quite the mess and I got a huge bill. When I called NTD the representative on the phone went above and beyond to help me get it cleared up. Deseray was her name and she checked eligibility for multiple insurance carriers that I was covered under in the past year, we found the right one, reprosessed the claim and even put my account in hold so collections wasn't calling me while the claim was being processed. She was so friendly and reassuring I didn't even have a chance to be worried or upset. Medical billing mixups are stressful but having someone on the phone who is so helpful makes a huge difference!”

“First off, MEDICARE FOR ALL!! TO CALL WHAT WE HAVE A HEALTH CARE "SYSTEM" IS LAUGHABLY CRUEL. I went to another unnamed in network lab that I usually go to with two lab scripts from two of my different doctors, one from an in-network provider and one from an out-of-network provider. Even though the lab I usually go to is in network they refused to do the lab script for a doctor that was out of network. I protested saying that that's insane because the lab I'm currently at and talking to is you; you are in network and you are performing the services as an in network lab!! Why does it matter that the script is from and out of network provider?? Anyway, I went to northwell Labs as a walk-in and explain my issue and even the urgency of my getting the lab work done quickly. They were amazing!!! Everyone was kind competent and more than willing to go out of the way to help me out of the situation. Don't go anywhere else!! Thanks for coming to my TED talk.”
