“Went there Sunday afternoon around 3 pm because my tire was completely flat.i walked in and was helped right away by manager Brett. He had his technician will help me and look at my tire, i was hoping i didn't need a new tire,will accessed my needs and was able to plug the tire right away. I was in and out of mavis within 15 mins. I don't know about all the negative reviews because my experience was excellent”

“I had an issue where my brake light would come on draining my battery. Trevor the manager traced the problem to the brake pedal. His staff couldn't fix the problem but he researched and discovered that it was a dealer defect and has a recall on it I contacted Hyundai and the receptionist had no idea what I was talking about until she asked around. Honesty and quality work is what I get whenever I come here”

“Returning customer on this and other cars. This time just an oil and filter change but more extensive front end work on previous visits. I called on Thursday and Tom scheduled the first appointment of the next day. He got the filter in advance as it is a specialty item thus avoiding any delay for parts on the day of service. Shawn took me first thing on Friday and was done in an hour, in and out. “The service at this location is great and the mechanics who work are always nice, knowledgeable, and helpful when explaining to me the issue my car has. Especially as a woman going to a mechanic shop by herself I don’t ever feel like I’m being taken advantage of because of my gender and my lack of knowledge about cars. Whenever there’s something wrong with my car this is the first place I go to, plus they have a really great deal on oil change and tire rotation! Definitely my one stop shop for a lot of my car maintenance.”

“Went there for inspection, had to leave car there as I didn’t have prior appointment. Had to change a tire to pass inspection. They sourced and replaced the tire I wanted and did a great job. Only reason kept me from giving 5 stars is because they charged extra for using credit card. If they accept credit card they should absorb charges related to it too as they are getting business out of it and hence should not pass the charges to their customers.”

“I had used another local service station for 30 years until the owner retired and shut the business down. I was lost because I do most of my own work and I really don’t like anyone touching my vehicles. I tried another local station and was really disappointed until a few people recommended Mark and Paul. I have mostly dealt with Mark but they are both really great, honest, reliable, respectful people and they definitely know what they are doing. I still don’t really like anyone touching my vehicles but as I get older I find more things I can no longer do so knowing I have Mark right around the corner I’m in good shape.”

“I made an appointment with Mavis online for a NYS Inspection for a Friday evening at 5 pm. When I arrived, I was told that their last inspection appointment is at 4 pm. They were super gracious enough to still take me and performed the inspection. I am so grateful as it saved me another visit the next day. AMAZING SERVICE!”
