Stop, run away from the pharmacy at this location. Dr gives me 3 prescriptions, they fill two and say nothing. That one they forgot, ignored, or didn't feel like filling was the most important drug needed for intense pain. I'll now be driving to another town due to the inept practices here in Bethpage.
(I don't usually write bad reviews. But when it get this bad, it's necessary)

Really awful service. My doctor called in 6 new prescriptions for me. When I went to pick them up they only had 1 in stock! They were very vague about when they’d rest would be in and said they’d text me. I’ve recently been diagnosed with diabetes and my blood sugar levels are far too high. The decision was made to put me on injectable insulin. My doctor assured me the pharmacist could give me a tutorial on how to administer it. When I picked it up I asked the pharmacist to give me instructions. She refused saying she had far too many prescriptions to fill and did not have time. She then said I should watch a youtube video. I was experiencing symptoms of high sugar and was frankly shocked at her lack of compassion. Did not get her name but she was Middle Eastern descent. Very, very bad experience

Grabbed a couple of containers of Biofreeze for a great sale price. Store is older and rundown looking; but staff is helpful and friendly.

Had a script from massapequa sent to them for UTI. I was stuck on a boat for 24 hours so I was very uncomfy at this time. I called ahead and let them know I was 25 minutes driving away and my regular pharmacy sent it as they did not have the medication in stock. I was assured it would be filled when I got there waited another 20 minutes, was late to babysit my nephew and sat an extra 40 minutes in discomfort. If you need medication swiftly, maybe not the best pharmacy. Have your doc send another script to a different pharmacy.

The pharmacy counter is the most impersonal group if people i ever met. They are never willing to go out of their way to help. There only answer is call your insurance company. I was on the phone with the insurance company and the pharmacist and the pharmacist still said you need to call your insurance company. Humana was shocked with the way they acted. Also, there is always a wait to pick up. I am going to switch to CVS Target Levittown because they are very helpful

I need to switch to the Walgreens in east meadow or Massapequa, despite this location being the most convenient (my insurance doesn't par with CVS) - I recently had a prescription nasal spray sent over. I never received notification something was ready for pick up, as per their automated phone line, there was no prescription for me. Called my dr & was told it would be resent. Ok, well same thing a week later, I received no notification anything was ready for pick up, automated phone line again said nothing was ready for pick up; this time I spoke with someone in the pharmacy who would have it ready in 90 minutes. After 3 hours, I just went to Walgreens bc still no notification anything was ready. Well guess what? The nasal spray was OTC! I was sent up aisle 27 for it & it was locked up. So no one could inform me this item was OTC & no one knew it was a locked up item. This is a disaster of a "pharmacy".

This Walgreens pharmacy has always been very good and efficient But lately I feel that's changed. It appears like chaos, confusion and inexperience behind the pharmacy counter. And problems with their computer system getting prescriptions from doctors in a timely manner, causing delay

Long line every time I come in here. But that is expected with all companies being short staff or cutting staff. Trying to call the pharmacy is a nightmare with over 1 hour hold times easily. Then when someone answers its not someone who can answer questions about prescriptions and they must go back and fourth with the other pharmacy staff. Eventually they will just put you on hold again and just hang up. When I went in the store in person I was told one thing, when I called and waited on hold for 1 hour I was told another. So naturally, I mentioned this so they put me on hold. Eventually the call was transferred to a ringing line where it ended abruptly without answering why one question has two different answers. What a waste of time. Going to try a different pharmacy.

I can’t access their website. Every time I try I get an error saying access denied. That’s why I’m rating it poorly. Only way I can shop here is to go here can’t access anything online. It’s very disappointing
