“I lived at Bonady Garden Apartments for two years and had a wonderful experience throughout my stay. Lucinda, the landlady, was fantastic—always responsive and quick to assist with any issues that arose. The maintenance man, John, was equally reliable, promptly addressing repair requests and often responding within minutes. It was clear that both Lucinda and John took great pride in their work and approached everything with integrity. I would absolutely choose to live here again!”

“I lived at Cherrywood for many years. My experience was lovely, and I met a lot of great neighbors and enjoyed my peaceful time there. I saw an occasional deer, or a fox and it was quiet and very inviting. The space was impressive when I first moved in. The bedroom and living room are exceptionally large and the HUGE closet space is GREAT. Always had a place to store items. I was able to plant flowers and show off my plants every summer out front. I even had a hammock and a lovely tree swing for the neighbor children to enjoy. The onsite laundry was a good plus also. The only reason for leaving was that I needed more space (2 Bedroom) and there wasn't any available at that time. I waited as long as I could and then had to make the choice to move. GHC apartments was always there when there was a maintenance issue QUICKLY and they were always kind and helpful when making repairs. The large one bedroom is the BEST price in the area as far as value AND cable and internet are included. What a deal. I did ride the struggle bus at times, and they always worked with me as far as paying rent. I was truly grateful for my time there and would love to return if needed. “I lived at quail bay over a year and whenever anything Needed to be fixed, Chris made sure it was done within a timely manner. Chris is a very understanding, down to earth, man! I noticed that the reviews on here are awful and untrue, so I wanted to be sure to write something honest so that people weren’t being lead astray. I even got my full deposit back and all I did was make sure the place was cleaned up and good to go. So as long as you’re a good tenant, you will be very satisfied! :)”
