“Dj worked hard to find us the tire we needed on a Sunday. He wasn't able to, but he sure tried. The shop hooked us up with one tire to get us home and was never anything except as helpful as could be, including driving to another store to get a suitable tire for getting us home. GREAT SERVICE! “The fuel supply line to the cylinder head on my 3406E Caterpillar engine burst. We contacted Don Oralls and they were able to work me in the same morning. The mechanic was proficient and worked steadily. He was cautious with my truck and explained what he did, showing me the damaged part. The labor rate is competitive with neighboring shops and Don Oralls is close to the Loves and TA right off 81. I noted that they do road service and towing. The entire staff was friendly, and I would definitely do business with them again.”
“I've been to quite a few garages, and like most people, feel as if I am getting the runaround. Not at Ray's. Had a problem that another garage (Firestone) for some reason or other, could not figure out. But Ray's did. And Ray explained it to me like I was 5, which helps completely, because I am not a tech. He took his time, got it done and no more problems. He is a busy guy, but worth it. Completely.”

“Recently got a company car where I work - they always take their cars to Bridge Auto and told me to ask for Rick. Well I went there and Rick had me pull right up. They immediately tested the battery and pulled the car in to replace it. They also fixed my fog light. Extremally professional service! I will be taking my personal vehicles there from now on. Rick is a very trustworthy guy and I really appreciated the encounter!”
“There’s not enough thanks I can give to these guys. We were on a 1,000 mile trip moving from Vermont to Tennessee when the serpentine belt came off leaving us without power steering, an alternator, or air conditioning. We had everything with us, including our cat and a trailer full of our stuff, and we were hundreds of miles from home. I looked up the closest mechanic and this shop came up. I called and even though it was 4pm they said they could take a look and see what they could do. I limped our car to their shop and in minutes they diagnosed the problem being the harmonic balancer for the serpentine belt had given out. Within 2 hours they had the parts delivered and had us back on the road. This certainly wasn’t something I could fix at a gas station. I seriously have no idea what I would have done without their help.”

Staff was willing to talk and explain the specifics of my repair in detail. Staff was down to earth and friendly. I was a customer in 1978 and immediately remembered how they solved my suspension problem then and went directly to them for this more recent repair.”

“The Lord really provided for me through Eddie, when I was pulled off the road with my car shutting off on me! We were there for probably less than a minute, when someone was pulling over to help us, and it was Eddie!! He read my codes, setup a tow and they took it to his shop! It was a Sat. night. By Mon. he already knew what needed to be fixed to drive it again and wanted the ok to do it. Thankfully it wasn't an expensive fix! By Tues. night I had my wheels back!
