Your rent payment includes so many amenities that it makes it well worth the price! Having access to a gym, as well as a view of the riverfront is a huge plus for me. The price is great when compared to nearby apartments!

Chenango Place was the best housing out of all our options downtown. The apartments are much larger than anything else we saw, and had private bathrooms!! Our monthly payments included everything from utilities to the gym and more! I would choose chenango again and again!
