Conklin Senior Housing development offers one and two-bedroom apartments for senior citizens 55 years of age or older. The apartment building is located just east of downtown Binghamton, NY. Maintenance is very responsive and very helpful, and staff is amazing. Neighbors are always friendly and residents treat like family. Management treat residents like family and staff makes welcoming. Rent has gone down first year and apartments are pleasant and well maintain. The location is great and many seniors recommend this place.

Conklin Senior Housing is a great place to live. The management treat you like family and the residents do the same. I recommend this location.

I have to say I lived here for 6 years and it's been pleasant and well maintain the staff here is amazing. Especially the maintenance. Not only is he on top of the maintenance also makes you feel like a family member very welcoming.
