“The place's a hidden gem. The owner (Basheer) is very welcoming and generous. There's a wide variety of products, including Middle Eastern groceries, that are difficult to get here. Moreover, the food done by their kitchen is by far the cheapest and it really good. The quantity of food you get is insane. I have tried the Chopped Cheese, chicken over rice, burger, and chicken sandwich. The place makes the best chicken over rice in town, hands down. “John (owner) is a nice guy and keeps the place clean, and he goes out of his way to feed the leftovers at the end of his shift to the community instead of throwing it away and being wasteful. It takes a special kind of person to do something like this and he loves my lizards and always wants to take pictures when I bring him there. Plus he's got my reeses cupcakes which I like and his subs are pretty bangin man. I always get roast beef and bacon subs when j want something big for dinner. He takes EBT, and for subs too which is super convenient. He should stay open a little later I believe he'd get more business if he stayed til like 1 or 2 am. But i get it, he's probably got a family to get home to. Good place, great guy.”

“I have been a faithful customer of the Mirabito in Greene. I love their coffee selections and the people that work there are like family. When they closed for renovations, I didn’t know what I would do for my morning coffee. There are no other places that compare. So I decided to try the Mirabito on Route 12, and much to my surprise I found an amazing lady who became a friend right away. Wendy, the manager, was kind and smiled all of the time! Ever since Greene has been under renovation, I have been driving 20 minutes every morning to get my Mirabito coffee from Wendy. She is a gem and I’m so glad I met her. I’m going to miss the Mirabito coffee in Greene for sure! Thank you Wendy for always making me feel welcomed.”
