About Greater Good Grocery
Greater Good Grocery is a small but welcoming store that cares deeply about its community. It offers low-cost items, including a 25-cent produce section that shows their effort to avoid waste and provide affordable healthy options. Customers appreciate that the store accepts EBT, and the produce card often provides free fruits and vegetables, which are especially helpful for those in need. The store frequently matches what customers spend, making it a good choice for budget-conscious shoppers. There is a once-a-month free produce day, where shoppers can take home a paper bag of fresh fruits and veggies, helping out during tough times. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and kind, creating a positive shopping experience. While the selection is limited compared to larger stores and some items may be outdated or pricier, many find the store's prices more reasonable and the produce fresher than online options. The store is clean and open on Sundays, making it convenient to visit. Overall, Greater Good Grocery is seen as a community-focused place that offers good prices, friendly service, and a genuine effort to help those in need, making it a valuable local resource.

Great community based grocer. Some of the produce you have to check, but they give away free produce 1 day per month.

I appreciate their kindness with the free produce on every last Wednesday of each month.
I do find their prices on most food items to be expensive.
