Weis Markets is a solid grocery store with a good selection of products at fair prices. It is a great grocery with the type of food families want to eat, featuring good and abundant produce. While not the fanciest store, it gets the job done and is a dependable place for weekly essentials. Prices are generally good, with frequent sales on entree meats; pork and chicken remain inexpensive, though some items like beef and certain produce are higher. The store's own named products are much more inexpensive than other brands. Customer service is a highlight, with staff described as helpful and friendly. However, the checkout experience can be frustrating. The store deals with money transactions, SNAP, and debit or credit cards, but often relies on self-checkout. This can lead to long waits, especially with large orders, as the machines frequently require assistance and few traditional registers are open. The store does not currently accept the Senior Benefits Card. Overall, Weis Markets provides a pleasant shopping experience for many, offering good stuff at good prices, though the checkout process can be an irritation.
Good quality items, decent pricing and peaceful atmosphere.

It's a decent grocery store. There is also a bakery, a deli, a meat counter, a seafood department and a pharmacy. I've never used the pharmacy, but all of the other places are very amiable and helpful.
