It is upsetting to see that no answers are posted to questions. Just need to speak with a person for a couple of minutes. Is there a way to do that. I have tried every number I can find and no live persons or chats to be found.

What a crock. I reach out to the Taxpayer ASSISTANCE Center and, after listening to the 500 options and pressing buttons on my phone, not only was I unable to speak to a HUMAN, but there was no option for the assistance I needed. The last auto message was to go to the website for assistance. This really instills alot of faith in my government, especially as a TAXPAYER! So, I received no assistance whatsoever.

Called IRS 6 times on different days, I wanted to find out why I didn't receive my stimulus check, I couldn't get any help, I was asked to press different buttons / numbers on the phone.. again and again and again.. no one to talk to.. after trying multiple times I spoke with someone who said I will be transferred to another department, then I heard a recording that they cannot answer because the high volume of calls and I should call again on another day, I called on a few occasions at 7 AM thinking I will be one of the first callers, unfortunately after spending 20 minutes I heard again the recording "due to high volume of calls we cannot respond at this time, call another time". Couldn't get any help and wasted my time. Can it be worse than that ?... NO, it cannot !.

They never answered the phone, was on 32 minutes Binghamton number, forty four minutes federal number. This is an on going problem, I have been trying to get answers to myeip essue eip

Please list your Binghamton location on the FBI map. I drove all the way to Albany because I'm being hacked and I got laughed at the gate I didn't need to drive that long far and you're not on the map. This is just some advice because you know there's a lot of crime and Binghamton too so I didn't know you guys were here and it doesn't show on your site just wanted you to know
