They picked up a fragile antique item I purchased on the internet from a nearby town close to them where the seller was not able to ship the item. Pack & Mail picked it up, packed it and shipped it to my home in another state. This was all coordinated via email & phone. The item was glass & fragile and it was packed so well it arrived at my home with no damage and in perfect condition! I could not be happier.
