The UPS Store #4652in Vestal offers a wide range of services, including expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox for all mail and packages, notary, shredding, and faxing. The locally owned and operated store is conveniently located next to Roberts Eye Care. Customers praise the store's fast and efficient service, with no wait times and friendly staff. The large parking lot and one-way road access make it easily accessible, although the location on a four-lane highway can be a downside. The store maintains a clean and well-kept environment, with amenities like free coffee, water, cookies, and bananas for customers. While the staff is generally helpful and accommodating, there have been occasional instances of frustration from older employees, particularly when dealing with Amazon returns. However, the overall customer experience is positive, with the store efficiently handling tasks like notarizing signatures and providing return shipping labels.

The two times I have been to this location have been memorable only because the staff members are super friendly, courteous and professional. They anticipated all our needs and helped us with sending our material on both occasions.

Good store to drop off returns for shipping back to the store. They print label for return if you have the QR code.
