After being in this situation for 35+ years and dealing with Access Unlimited in Syracuse for my lift and having the gentleman there be the rudest person I have ever encountered to disabled folk. I was told of this place. Penn York is amazing.

Arrived to look for a recliner & was there at 4:05 pm & sign says close at 4:30 pm and they were locked up tight nobody around .. wasted time and stop no easy to get there as i use a wheel chair
