They are improving. Still have a ways to go. Attitude,behavior and loose the ruidness by some people in customer service who answer the phone and treat patients like they don't deserve services from them....

Customer service is excellent. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. You have to be an advocate for yourself. If you are having any problems just give them a call.
