“This store has a lot of well known products plus some basic brands at a great price. I honestly buy some stuff here rather than Wegmans or Walmart because of the pricing. Employees are nice and the manager is always great when asking for help. And a big plus for me is that I find several Mexican products and other basic ones that I like more than in other store chains.”

The one employee I believe her name was Stephanie, she was very friendly and happy to answer the few questions I needed to ask her about the items I was purchasing. “I always love coming here. There are different things here every week. Now they have $3, $4, and $5 items in the store. Nice items like t-shirts, ear buds, name brand foods, and energizer batteries. They just need more people working on weekends because the lines were down the aisles.”

“This store has a massive selection of pop,teas,coffees,waters etc. You don't have to drive around town looking for what you want. Its selection of snacks,candy and home decor is pretty awesome to and you get to avoid the crowds. They also have a self service checkout now.”

“This store has kind and helpful staff. I came in for chapstick and ended up spending $25 on necessary but unneeded items. The cashier was helpful, when I asked where the chapstick was. (It was the only item I was missing.) I didn't know they had self checkouts at Dollar General. All-in-all, it was a great experience.”
“The store is conveniently located on Abbott Road directly across from McDonald's and Abbott Plaza. The actual store itself is remarkably clean and well stocked. I can usually find everything I'm looking for; prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. It really helps to build positive interactions instead of feeling ignored which is pretty much the norm in most convenience stores. Getting familiar with employees also keeps customer relations amicable.”

“The old adage is “you get what you pay for” and that certainly applies here, but the store is well stocked and there is surprising variety to what they carry, things you wouldn’t expect but maybe just one or two options of a certain item. Store is a bit cramped and dim but for a dollar store they are just fine.”

“It's Xmas Eve and we realized we needed more milk and the grocery stores are closed. I stopped in here and a cheeerful employee directed me to the aisle with milk. A moment later, the same helpful and friendly young lady rang me up and I was on my way. I wasn't expecting such fast and friendly service so late on a holiday evening. Thank you!”

I know how it is to work for this company I worked there for 10 yrs as a store manager they don't treat employees top notch . But this girls customer service was top notch . I was impressed and if someone can tell a employee that . That really makes their day and I'm sure she loved being told .”

Store was cleaned organized I talked to Mgr Laurie on duty very nice . Since dollar tree bought the store name out unfortunately things have gotten pricier but that's the way our economy is right now . If corporate reads this it's all about customer service that's how I was as a store manager if u don't have customer service u don't have a store reward your great employees on board . There are just so many items... so many I buy cleaning supplies, first aid supplies, hair accessories, dog tests, school supplies, games, chatckis galore... today I even find organic canned crushed and whole fire roasted tomatoes to make sauce... can't beat that!!! Everything is so affordable, how can you go wrong? One star removed because sometimes it's a bit of a mess, sometimes the staff is unresponsive to helping...”

“Kudos to the whole team at the location on Walden Ave in Depew. It was the cleanest and most organized Dollar General I have ever been in. I have avoided this chain for years, as well as one other like it, because of bad experiences like disorganization and lack of customer attention. But this store in particular was immaculate and the staff was friendly and hard working, and it showed! They didn’t mope around acting like they hated their job, wishing they were someplace else. “Everyday is a great day at this particular Dollar Tree I go out of my way just to come to this Dollar Tree not only everything is always in stock it is the most cleanest Dollar Tree I've ever walked into. I got into no the store manager very well she holds product for me and he makes sure I get them the next time I come into the location. Anthony is doing a fine job at this establishment he runs his store like he owns it and the employees there are just phenomenal. If corporate is reading this hats off to that location they really do a great job and they need to be all recognized. Once again this is the best Dollar Tree I've ever entered.”
