This place is such a weak link in the shipping chain. Every single thing I’ve had arrive through here stops being scanned the day it’s due to land here and go out for delivery, then miraculously is found in their warehouse and goes out for delivery 2-3 days later.
It seems like they’re trying to keep their metrics up by NOT scanning packages as they come in to make it look like they’re not just sitting on things for days.
Utter mismanagement.

They lost my package and refused to refund it they clearly need to hire employees who know how to read proper gps directions they dropped off a $200 order to the wrong address and didn’t take a clear photo to where it was dropped off. Shamrock & electric when I live on Van Wyck St. Driver also didn’t take a CLEAR picture of where it was at. The manager I spoke to said the driver dropped it off at the office which doesn’t match my address on the gps the park manager was in the office all day and there was no package dropped off which leads me to assume the driver stole my package or misplaced it. They didn’t offer to refund it and said I have to go through rock auto however this doesn’t fall on the website it has everything to do with the idiots who they hire who clearly should be fired! Fed ex sucks!!!

I’m so very exasperated with FedEx that I can’t even speak. I searched google for the phone number of the buffalo ground package hub to complain about my last 5 deliveries but I know I’ll be put on hold and transferred to no one that can help me just like last time I called. From now on I will never buy from companies that use FedEx as their delivery service. Most recently the driver “Joseph” has left my 35# pails of ice melt at the road in the snowbank. My driveway is ALWAYS plowed and delivery instructions clearly state to leave it on the back porch.

I recently ordered parts from Californi. The same package shippers USPS took 4 days from the same town in cali to my house, fed ex has had my package since December 8th it sat in California for a week, didn’t update, then almost a week later now the last three days straight it has said it arrived in Buffalo at 2 am one day 4 am the next 4 am the day after … tell me how the same package arrives in the same city three days in a row? And I live 30 miles away and still havnt got it? It’s been 14 days now I’ve been waiting for a package that had 4 day shipping and nobody can awnser anything about it . Absolutely piss poor

Yesterday got a package delivered by FedEx for a house down the street I delivered package for them. Then my neighbor asks me about a package from FedEx his was delivered to another house but they kept the package. Now I'm waiting on a package that keeps giving updates delivery today for 5 days but you can clearly see on tracking it's not coming today. Another example every other carrier puts packages under my porch FedEx in the pouring rain wouldn't push box the extre 2 ft so was under roof they left on steps to get soaked. Ik ow these guys have a hard job but come on.

Second day in a row they’ve exception scanned my package for next day delivery despite being told it was out for delivery both days. Been sitting home both days, no one has showed, have cameras. They’re the worst.

This rating is for the local warehouse as well as corporate. FedEx has become an absolute trash company. I've worked with them from both the shipping and receiving sides, and they are always making enormous mistakes for which there is no useful channel to address. Today I was delivered the wrong package, watched the driver drive away. Opened multiple support tickets through the website and their overseas call center, absolutely useless. If I could just contact the Ground warehouse, I would see if they can contact the driver and inform him of his error. Because both I and the person who ordered this cheat freezer are not having a great day, and it could easily be resolved. But we live in a robot world nowadays, and these AI phone bots are worse than useless.

FedEx has no respect for their Drivers, No training for their package handler Damage and Destroyed packages are loaded into Trucks with no care in the world. Trying to hide Damage Packages.

As a driver in this facility I tend to see a lot of corporate initiatives surrounding justice, equality and equity, and yet the package handlers tend to be put in work conditions where they are short staffed and too much is demanded of them. There is also no real urgency to get drivers out on the road at a reasonable time, they tend to prioritize their shipments over everything else, including the safety and well being of their employees.

No action was done yesterday or today when I reported a driver that had threatened physical harm to me, I was working security at the fed ex in Blasedell, as of today I told my boss to never station me at a fed ex again as their drivers clearly cannot be trusted.

All the bad reviews are true, told me 3 days in a roll they were coming, never came then tried to say they attempted to deliver but no one answered, checked my cameras just to be sure though I knew they didn't come.. call customer service and they lie some more then I prove they were lying and the guys like ok we lied but we habe ypur pakeage and we'll deliver it tomorrow if we feel like it and puts the phone down ... Don't do it to yourself... Just ship through Amazon or UPS maybe when they have no jobs they'll figure out how they should of treated their customers

TRASH, wish i could give 0 stars. Ordered a package from Cali. Package has spent more time in Buffalo than its actual route from cali. Everyone I speak to gives me different answers and not one person is even remotely close to here I have to speak to a rep from across the world just spewing out random answers. THIS COMPANY SUCKS.
