Perfection, custard on point, dip thin shattered glass of deliciousness. I'm a chocolate vanilla twist with chocolate dip for life. But peanut butter vanilla twist with butterscotch dip is a close second.

Recently I went to the best custard place in Perrysburg OH, but Fran-Ceil is the best in WNY. My only mistake was pulling in to park right in front. Park on the side or in back instead so it’s easier to leave.
