“We’ve gone to this particular store several times through the years and find it very reliable. I love that they greet me at the door, make an effort to understand what I’m looking for, and patiently show me every item until I’ve made my decision.
Recently, particularly terrific service was given by Kervin, and by Dave G.
Both were able to guide me to the items I was looking for and offer honest comparisons between various options. This is our go-to store!
Also, of note, it is spacious and easy to navigate if a customer uses any assistive devices (wheelchair, walker), unlike some other local stores that are more tightly packed and have throw rugs in places that can snag.
Overall five star experience whenever we go there!”

“This store is fun to shop in. Roger is so helpful and stands behind everything he sells. We bought a bed made by the Amish and it is the most comfortable bed we have ever had. We ordered a new frame for the bed also and he kept in touch while we waited for delivery. I would definitely recommend shopping here.”

“I purchased a New Queen Mattress and Box spring Thursday morning. The owner Tone was very accommodating and professional. Delivery was between 12-2 not a bad timeframe at all. It arrived at 113& Tone called to inform me my delivery was outside my bldg. His employees/ delivery team was very compassionate to my bad back and loaded my purchase on my elevator... “Have been a big fan of SANS for many years. As a locally owned company they're not carrying the overhead of the big box stores. My wife & I have purchased from both. We have found SANS quality to be far superior to the national chains, with prices being comparable. Get more, pay the same. I've noticed many of their products are manufactured in the US which is also nice. Strongly recommend.”
“Love Blue Rooster! If you're in Hamburg you have to stop in and see this place. They have so many amazing items, and a lot are local made. They do classes all the time, and they even have an online shopping event that's so much fun. The owners are amazing and so nice. Blue Rooster is a staple of Hamburg and WNY.”

“Stopped in here to take a peak for friends furnishing a new home. I had conversed with Mandi on Facebook prior asking if she had some specific pieces and then told her what it was for and she was super kind and willing to help throw her furnishing ideas on the table! The store is adorable and smells great and I have no doubt I'll find some beautiful, revived pieces and decor with fair prices. The customer service is already above and beyond! You can tell Mandi is passionate about her craft and upcycling is great for the environment!”

“How could I have not been more descriptive in my previous review? Let's be clear: this is the best hidden gem EVER. Now, I do like a lot of places, but if I were to pick the place with the best deals and coolest assortment of stuff, it would be this WB Mason WhattaBargain store. It's just AWESOME and barely anyone knows about it. Looking for any furniture? This place has the best office chairs, cabinets, storage bins, tables, filing cabinets, and so much more for so inexpensive prices! Looking for office supplies? I come here once per month and fill up a box with office supplies. Nothing has prices, and the best part is that nothing is ever certain. Every time I come here there is a completely different assortment of products. This is because a lot of the things they sell have been returned because they may be damaged or the incorrect item, or somewhere just didn't want them. Either way, everything is cheap, and Kevin, the guy who runs the warehouse is a great guy. Just this month he has added a complete (and huge) section of chef supplies and kitchen gadgets and tools. Prices are all still WAY lower than any retailer and this stuff is brand new. All teachers should be able to benefit from this place. My classroom is filled with extra supplies because of the astoundingly low prices and great products I get here. I would suggest this place more than any other place I've been to, it's just that good. And for the record, don't bother with other WB Mason Whatta Bargains, both the one in Boston and the one in Woburn don't have any office supplies and are more like a showroom. Still low prices, but more like retail, while this place is a complete discount store. Great service all the time and always great service from Kevin, he's the best! HIGHLY SUGGESTED. 5 stars for WB Mason. This place deserves 20 stars though....”
