“We’ve gone to this particular store several times through the years and find it very reliable. I love that they greet me at the door, make an effort to understand what I’m looking for, and patiently show me every item until I’ve made my decision.
Recently, particularly terrific service was given by Kervin, and by Dave G.
Both were able to guide me to the items I was looking for and offer honest comparisons between various options. This is our go-to store!
Also, of note, it is spacious and easy to navigate if a customer uses any assistive devices (wheelchair, walker), unlike some other local stores that are more tightly packed and have throw rugs in places that can snag.
Overall five star experience whenever we go there!”

“Buying jewelry can be overwhelming especially when you are dealing with something sentimental. My husband and I were shopping around for a new setting for my original engagement diamond and we weren’t having much luck. That all changed when we met Sarah!! She was welcoming, really listened to what I was looking for and not once did she try to push me in a different direction. Together we found EXACTLY what I was looking for, literally what I had pictured. When it was all said and done we had decided to get a custom setting and I couldn’t have been more excited. Sarah’s communication during this whole process was beyond what you would expect. She updated me at every step, made sure I received a video of the ring rendering and genuinely seemed to be as excited as I was. It was such a pleasure dealing with her that we wait 2 extra days to pick up the ring just so we could make sure she was available when we went. The ring came out GORGEOUS, 1000/10 no complaints!! This was such a positive experience, Reeds has a lifetime customer and I’m looking forward to seeing Sarah again❤”
“The first time I visited at Christmas, when my daughter told me about the store and told me I could pretty much buy anything they had for her. I loved the variety of whimsical goods! I visited again today, knowing I would find Buffalo themed magnets and clothing for my daughter’s friend, but I did not expect the shopkeepers to be so kind and helpful! “I purchased a New Queen Mattress and Box spring Thursday morning. The owner Tone was very accommodating and professional. Delivery was between 12-2 not a bad timeframe at all. It arrived at 113& Tone called to inform me my delivery was outside my bldg. His employees/ delivery team was very compassionate to my bad back and loaded my purchase on my elevator... “This store is fun to shop in. Roger is so helpful and stands behind everything he sells. We bought a bed made by the Amish and it is the most comfortable bed we have ever had. We ordered a new frame for the bed also and he kept in touch while we waited for delivery. I would definitely recommend shopping here.”

“So happy with my Sleep Number purchase!!! Initially purchased a king Purple mattress at a local store, sales person showed us the most expensive mattress in the store but would have been $15k for a split king so settled for just a regular king. Wasn’t really happy with that purchase since it was so expensive and still wasn’t getting what I wanted-split king, so we went back to Sleep Number to look at all the options available and realized not only were they more affordable, there were different options to choose from and the service is top notch! We canceled our other order for the Purple and purchased a Sleep Number bundle instead, can’t wait for delivery!! Jaime was so helpful and answered all our questions and showed us different options with each mattress , as well as different pillow and sheet options so we knew exactly what we were paying for! All of their products appear to be such high quality so even if you’re not buying the most expensive mattress with all the bells and whistles, you know you are still getting a great product that will last a long time! My only fear is I will be so comfortable that I won’t want to get out of bed LOL!!”
