“Best, friendly staff in the area. Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”
“I usually go there to buy stamps, ship packages to other countries, get mails certified.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly no matter how long it takes.
I recently informed about the mail delivery service that has not been reliable in our area. The manager spoke to me and was very transparent about the process and steps taken . That felt made me feel very confident and next day I saw step 2 already been taken care of.

“I left a note with UPS customer service and the Eden post office called me multiple times trying to reach me to answer my question. I felt that was above and beyond, thankfully I finally answered and they were able to give me even more information than I expected. They also left me voicemails, which I also appreciated because I kept forgetting to call them back and they remained so patient and it seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. “I have been having nothing but problems with getting my passport delivered. I saw that it ended up out for delivery in Buffalo New York(I live in Wisconsin), so I called this location and spoke to Peter. He helped me finally resolve my delivery complications and went above and beyond to make sure I had a resolution. He deserves a raise and all the good things in the world!”

“I was trying to have several packages picked up. I’m unfamiliar with the process, So I reached out to my local post office, which is located on William Street in Buffalo. When I called the night before I spoke with Alicia, who was extremely helpful, Giving the important information I needed to make sure my package pick up went smoothly. When I called back the next morning to let them know I forgot to submit the online request she told me “no problem. I printed out and gave him the information from your prior request” she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, even calling him after I had just missed him. He came back 10 minutes later and was nice as ever.”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”

These two go above and beyond to ensure stellar service and I actually look forward to my post office runs solely because of them. In fact, I once dropped my credit card in the post office and they made sure it got back to me. Now THAT'S unparalleled customer service. I love this location!”
