Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

“I normally wouldn't review a post office but I think this one is doing just fine despite a lot of negative reviews so BAM - 5 stars! I've always had good service from various staff members when I stop in to mail out packages. I don't feel rushed when I'm trying to choose which stamps I want. I have not had any bad experiences, ever, for the 13 years I've lived in South Buffalo. People also seem to complain about their mail carriers but ours is very friendly, accommodating and all around great.”

“Today is Tuesday 12/12/23. It was approximately 11:13 am. Outstanding customer service. I wanted to say I witnessed an employee (guy who does passports), help an elderly woman with mailing her packages. She had picked a box too small and one of her Christmas presents was to the side and she said "don't worry, she will mail it another time". The employee asked for her permission to look in the box and said he thinks he could get a box that would fit everything. I was very impressed with his willingness to help and taking the initiative to get the right box for her packages. I told him as I was leaving "outstanding customer service"”

“Can we please get Apple Pay? EVERYTIME I come I forget out of it being so conveniently close to my place. Then I have no cash and no card and my “convenience” is gone cause now I have to either go to the bank to take $20 out cause that’s just it OR go to another further location to get my stuff. When all I needed was this location to have Apple Pay!!!!Other than that, great service usually out within 15 min…update 3/2024 they finally got Apple Pay, sadly everytime I’ve went the line is out the door. Nice service though”
