“Tiny came today to drop off the container. He was very professional and friendly. Explained everything I needed to know about the container and even showed me. Woukd recommend him to anyone. As we were continuing to chat he said he was from out this way. I told him where I was originally from. Funny we were both from that neck of the woods. I asked him his name and started laughing. Told me he knew a cousin from up there. I replied I am a sister to that cousin. Such a small world. We hadn't seen each other since we were much much younger. He was shorter than me back then...lol. Very secure although easy to go in and out for customers. I have used other facilities and this was the best by far! Even when I was just done with my space there for now, they were so kind. “My family, and I were looking for a storage unit, that is near or in the West Seneca area. I found West seneca storage on Google. I immediately called them and got my saving grace angel Sandra! She was so polite, courteous, and very understanding with my situation. It was my first time renting a storage unit, so I did not know what questions to ask. Sandra provided me with very detailed information, which really put me at ease! I had a hard time setting up my online account, so I sent an email to the company, and Sandra replied right away, and helped me set up my online account! A month in, my family realized we needed more space, so I called the office over the weekend, and left a message about getting another unit, close to ours. Sandra knew I was coming in on lunch, so she had everything ready for me to sign, and cash out! She even referred me to the company next store who rents U-hauls! I got a 2nd storage unit, and a u-haul truck, all in under an 30 min for this Saturday!!! I couldn't be more happier! Great customer service! Security cameras and lights through out the storage unit facility. I will definitely come back again on the future! Thank you Sandra for your hospitality ?”

“Absolutely amazing. We had 2 guys, started off in Kenmore and went to Allentown / Elmwood area, and they did a phenomenal job. We had a large couch that needed a miracle to be moved and they did everything they could to make it work, including removing two doors and then putting them back when the couch went through. They had an amazing attitude and were so nice and professional. I can’t recommend this business enough. The whole process only took 3 hours!! So so happy with my service.”

“First, I would like to say, great job Camellia! She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The storage unit itself, amazing. It was very clean and very well maintained. I noticed a lot of security cameras throughout the whole premises. No gimmicks, no false advertisement just straight up good business. The best part, while everyone's charging $150 or more or a more for a 10x10 storage unit, 101 along with a $100 security deposit. Wich you get back after you move your stuff out of the unit. That's the way I like to do business. Overall, I very pleasant and safe experience. Keep up the great work.”
“Love everything from the accessibility of our indoor, temp-controlled unit to the modern, user-friendly security code process. 5 stars if the lights in our section hadn't kept going out on us while we were moving around and rearranging our loot. All other light sensors remained on except ours...the one at the first door of section 2200 block.”
