“Extra Space Storage was Great!!!! When I went there the sales representative was, knowledgeable, professional, polite and EXTREMELY HELPFUL. He gave me a unit right by the door which made unpacking all the boxes out of my car so easy. The unit was clean, well lit and very spacious.
I paid for four (4) months but got a house after the first month being here.
I went in to the office and asked if I could get a refund for the months I wouldn’t be using it and was told “of course”. No hassles, no forms to fill in, just polite, easy refund for the unused months.
I cannot recommend them enough. Everything was so easy. Best place EVER!!!!”

“I just recently got a 10' x 10' unit for an entire apartment worth of furnishings, literally....
As long as you know what you can physically do with the space you have, it'll just be a cakewalk! Unit was clean and dry, and I've been by the unit multiple times just to see if the recent downpours might have affected any of my stuff, and all is great! I would recommend Nickel City Storage to anyone and everyone that is looking for somewhere to safely store they're belongings.”

“When first arriving, park on the street in front of the building. Your check in door is gonna be all the way at the end of the first building.
They have you fill out a sheet of paper to check in and once checked in, they will either give you a door or have you wait for a call for a door. Once given a door slide tandems and disconnect your air line. Once they’re done a warehouse worker will come and let you know, and then your paperwork will be in the same office you checked in at.
I’ve been here a few times now. For the smoothest experience, get here about 45-50 min before your appointment time, and you should instantly be given a door as long as it isn’t busy. They do go by appointment times so don’t be surprised if it’s your appointment time and they haven’t started loading yet, but once they start loading it’s super quick, and by the time you get out of your door and into the office your paperwork will almost be ready. Some of the doors are very easy and some of the doors are very tight, but manageable to get into as long as you take your time. Closest scale is at Jim’s truck stop on Walden Ave, which also has good parking. There arent any signs on the street aswell so you can park overnight on the street. Overall a place I enjoy picking up at. Plus all the workers here are super friendly.”
“Guy working by himself with a line that had between 6 and 10 customers at a time did a remarkable job getting people in and out and into their rental. This guy should be commended for doing his job with poise and accuracy , not once did he get flustered. Uhaul owes it to this guy to somehow be compensated for his work. He did his job the way he was taught and but even went beyond. Job well done”
