Mark is an excellent trainer who helped me at a critical time when I needed to prepare for an important physical fitness test. I had a relatively short amount of time before the test, and I was still way short of my required numbers.As a last resort, I looked up personal trainers and found Mark. Right away, Mark was able to help my numbers go up by showing me specific techniques to improve my form. After training with him for a few weeks, I was able to pass the fitness test on my first try. Mark also helped me to train and stay in shape after I passed the test.Mark was easy to stay in contact with, and flexible in working around my complicated schedule. He approaches training with a positive attitude, encouraging words, and a good sense of humor. From the beginning, I felt like he was “on my team,” and that he wanted to see me succeed as much as I did.I highly recommend Mark as a trainer, especially for anyone who is trying to prepare for an agility test. I have already recommended him to everyone I know personally who has been in this position, and I will continue to do so.

Mark is great! He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness. He cares about his clients and focuses on what they want to receive as optimal results. I have MS and he’s aware of my capabilities. I think he is more aware than I am sometimes. He’s very patient with me when I get frustrated. I always feel great after our sessions.

I have been working out with Mark for 5 years. We started in a gym and then switched to online / outside and Bands in 2019 (Before Covid). Mark has been extremely consistent and he has varied the workouts each week. My goals are to feel good, be fluid, and reduce back injuries so I can play golf. I have to say since working out regularly with Mark I have achieved those goals. I also have significantly reduced my injury’s and I am much stronger. My golf game has improved each year. Also being fit has allowed me to do other activities like biking, boating, kayaking, etc. Mark has had a very positive impact on my quality of life and would recommend him to anyone.Phil MaehrSayville NY

Mark changed my life. I’ve been training with him for a couple years now, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. As someone who works in the field of entertainment, the pressure of being in the public eye is daunting and suffocating to my body image. But with Mark’s help, I feel free to be myself with no apologies. Mark brought a practicality and insightful outlook on fitness that was individualized, easy to maintain, and encouraging (dare I say- inspiring?). Not only do I look great and feel much healthier now, but his training has inspired me to take a good hard look at my life and how I treat my body, even when I’m not at the gym. He truly transforms his clients for the better. If I’m not laughing my butt off at his jokes, I’m working hard, being challenged, and growing. There is no one better in this industry. Truly.
