What a horrific experience. I purposely beought my expensive dj speakers to this location in the boxes they came to have them reshipped together instead of seperate.
What a mistake i made. When my package arrived on the other end all of the speakers were upside down and flipped over and destroyed outside of their packages in a big flimsy box.
Not only would i stay away from this place but if i could id shut it down. What a disgrace

I always come here to send out return packages and the staff are always very kind and efficient. Today I had to do an international return and it seemed very daunting but Caitlyn (hopefully I spelled that right) walked me through the whole process and was incredibly kind and patient. She even checked to see how I was doing on the paperwork while she was helping other customers. Incredible customer service!!

Got there slightly before closing time and the gentleman running the location, Mike, was very helpful and accommodating in shipping out a guitar.
This FedEx location was clean, well organized, and the pricing was much more reasonable against the competitors. There was also a nice assortment of products available.
Highly recommended with five stars!

The last three packages were left on my driveway near the street--even in pouring rain. I Sent an email to FedEx and didn't receive any reply and their 1.3 score on Trust Pilot says it all. They just don't care! I only use FedEx as an absolute last resort when no other option is available!
