And I can't emphasize enough how reasonable their prices are if you need any work done.Steve was beyond helpful. (I'm pretty sure Amanda) was lovely and helped me find the perfect chain, but it was way longer than I wanted. Not only did Steve shorten the chain for me, they are also turning the spare length into a bracelet! Steve even measured the chain on me to make sure that the length I wanted matched the length I asked for. On top of that, I have a pendant that's incredibly important that I wanted to put on one of their chains, but the bail was beaten to heck and way too small. They added a new, sturdy bail and attached it for me.All in all, two sterling silver chains, a bail, shortening a chain, and putting a rush on all of it only cost me a couple hundred. STELLAR service, beautiful people, and I intend to go there for ALL of my jewelry needs because of those two. (Not just to purchase, but also maintenance and miscellaneous work)”

“I know... I know I'm a little late but I'm sorry I've been planning my wedding. Arsen has been mine and my family's jeweler for well over 20 years so when it was time for my now fiancé to pop the question he only knew he had one place to go. One day I popped in to Elegant Jewelry because I needed a battery in one of my watches and everyone greeted me as if we were engaged. I'll never forget when Arsen said to me "what's up?!" Little did I know that my fiancé had picked up the ring by then. I replied with "nothing... what's up with you? See my boyfriend lately?" To which he retorted "nope we haven't seen him." So off I went quietly after I was done until my mom and I got in the car and I cried. Oh how I cried beginning to overthink the engagement talk was just to get my hopes up for nothing. Welp... fast forward to August 19, 2023 around 6:30pm. It was an incredibly beautiful Saturday in the Summer on Long Island. Not too hot or humid and not too cool either. A perfect day for an engagement might I add. My fiancé had made arrangements for us to have date night in Northport which is one our favorite places and will now forever hold a special place in our hearts. Off we went to Northport earlier that night as boyfriend and girlfriend to leave as each other's fiancé. He couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and location. Needless to say since saying "YES!!!" at that time I have barely taken it off my finger. I still cannot believe we're getting married next year! We have received an enormous amount of compliments on it. We will be back to get our custom wedding bands in the next few months ahead of our nuptials. I cannot thank Arsen, Oksana (even though she goes by Roxanne), Zoya and Juliet and the rest of the staff for a job beyond well done. Arsen if you're reading this I thank you a ton but you already know this! I am going to return because I had seen things in a catalog that I would like to buy and wanted to see if they carry it in the store. I rather give them my business. Regarding to the one review, mask wearing, at that time it didn't matter if a person was vaccinated or not, mask wearing was a requirement by the CDC to enter any store. The stores needed to comply by the CDC covid-19 policy. Yes, it was an inconvenience. Yes, many of us hated it, but you want or need to go shopping you needed to wear a mask, CDC policy for the state of New York. It wasn't just at this store it was everywhere, stores, banks, a person's job and etc. Any place that was enclosed and had people. It was a very difficult time for us all, very difficult. Therefore the store should not be held responsible for following the CDC policy, they had to. I am eager to go back.”
