Our battery needed to be replaced. The same morning, I notified them they sent a service technician. Dan performed a full maintenance check and replaced the battery. He was extremely conscientious and the service was excellent. It is a pleasure to be a PowerPro Generators customer.

These guys are absolutely unbelievable. If we could clone Rick and his team we would have a much better world. One of the best, solutions oriented and most customer, friendly vendors I have ever worked with. Five stars does not do them justice They are worth everything from advice to service to execution.
