The guys at RMS are great! I came to them with a vibration issue that the dealership claims to be tires related. The owner Richie did a test drive with me and identified the issue is likely with the drivetrain. He recommended next steps to resolve the issue which I will follow. These guys are great. I was unable to make my scheduled appointment on time due to delays with travel. Richie Jr sensed the problems another appointment would cause and managed to fit me in later and complete the repair.
