“I went in to return something to ups. That done I left with a perfect strong Rubbermaid garbage can with wheels. I have been looking for something like this for almost a year. The staff helped me as I could not reach it. Also a member of the staff brought it out to my car and helped me get it in the car. I also found a perfect pair of work gloves to handle my rasberry bushes which are out of hand. My little Service dog, Alex was welcome and that made the whole experience perfect. There is also plenty of space to park.”

“Always seem to have the products I can't find at big box store and prices are usually better on top of it, if you have a softener they are the only place left in area I know with Morton salt instead of cheap diamond crystal that causes problems down the road. As far as hardware goes, if I'm working on a car, equipment or project and need something they are the only place I go because I know they will have it. Wether it's a specialized fastener, hardened bolt, or stainless hardware it doesn't matter, sae or metric they have it.”

It's one of the last remaining old school hardware stores that can still compete against the big chain hardware franchises.”

“I went there to pick up a few items that I needed for a brake job. I asked a store employee for help, and he picked up the parts that I needed. He walked them to the pay counter. I paid for the merchandise, and then he walked them out to my car and loaded the items in the back of my vehicle. Now that's great service!! I will be back to do business ?”

“This location in Hamburg is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff found an old flyer that had the item I was looking for that I previously seen and found it in the store for me as well. They were polite and no waiting in lines to check out.
