“This is a very small UPS store, but I've only had positive experiences here! The store is conveniently located in a big plaza, so I never had problems with parking. I will say, some people park RIGHT in front of the store and block the entrance sometimes, which is quite annoying. The service is great. The employees are super nice and even though there's a long-ish line every time I go, they get things done pretty quickly. Given the small size of the store, they don't have much variety in their greeting card selection or packing items (e.g. wrapping paper, envelopes), but they have all the basics.”

“I normally wouldn't review a post office but I think this one is doing just fine despite a lot of negative reviews so BAM - 5 stars! I've always had good service from various staff members when I stop in to mail out packages. I don't feel rushed when I'm trying to choose which stamps I want. I have not had any bad experiences, ever, for the 13 years I've lived in South Buffalo. People also seem to complain about their mail carriers but ours is very friendly, accommodating and all around great.”

Her name was Debbie and she was so informative and told me I didn't need to buy a bag for my package because it was priority mail and well I just felt like she was so helpful! I had brought tape which I've purchased before for packages for this same situation and came prepared to buy a bag as this is what I have always done in the past and no one has ever told me otherwise. Also makes me feel good knowing there is someone out there speaking up to inform customers! Thank you again!”

Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

“I have been coming here for copying and scanning, for years! Today, I had a large box of equipment that needed to be returned but my employer sent a box that was too large & they didn't send enough filler to cover my hardware with. This office kindly accepted the box and added the filler to the box for me, just charge me $5 for more filler. Recommend the great staff for any shipping & printing needed.”

“I went to the Post Office to return a massive amount of clothes that didn't fit or looked way better online. The girl there was SUPER helpful! I was looking at the display thing they have of envelopes, boxes n tape and such, and from behind the counter she asked if I needed any help. She could've just stood there til I came up to the counter, like most customer service people do nowadays, so right off the bat - good service! I said maybe, so she said she'd come meet me over there and help me. I told her it all came in a huge plastic envelope thing. Now, she could've upsold me a box cuz I had alot of stuff so a box probably would make sense and be quicker, but she grabbed what I asked for FROM THE BACKROOM and said if it doesn't fit, that she'll find me a box, but that she hopes it does cuz otherwise I'd have to buy tape as well as the box. But, it did fit, barely but I made it work. AND it only cost $2! She deserves a raise, just sayin' ?”

“I randomly selected this USPS location after some BS at the Bowmansville location.. Over at Bowmansville, I was constantly getting dinged on "surcharges" and the blonde woman there was the rudest I ever encountered(see my yelp review for that place) So the one day I got dinged 3rd time in a row on bogus "surcharges" that I declined to pay extra.. I did a quick google search for other usps in the area and came across the main ST one.. took my failed package over to Clarence Main ST and lord behold.. NO SURCHARGES! I've been going to Clarence ever since. Staff is always friendly, theres no BS.. I sell stuff from time to time on ebay and have prepaid labels.. I don't know if the woman at Bowmansville hates ebay.. thinks ebay rips off usps cause you get discounts if you print your label online.. but since I went to this location.. I have not encountered the "surcharge issue" again.. 4/5”

“One thing that USPS is known for is their customer service, and not in a good way. Its almost always horrible no matter what location I go to. We get it, you hate your job, we all do but can you atleast put on a fake smile? There is one lady that was working at the counter at this location - I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was so helpful. Even gave me a smaller box for my return because she didn't want me to have to pay more than I needed to for a return. She was very nice and walked me through each step of the process. Because of her, I will continue to go to this location over any others!”

“I have been using this annex now close to 2 years because I ship a lot of packages with my small Etsy business. Though at times this annex (and the local post office) have been short staffed at times, I have to say all the workers at the counter and our postal carrier (Jake) have all been amazing and gone above and beyond over the past 2 years. Losing this annex when we move is something I'm actually a little sad about. I have seen some of these workers been unfairly yelled at, for reasons completely out of their hands, by customers and the composure they have kept and still treated the customers with respect while doing as much as they can is remarkable. I have so much respect and appreciation for these workers. Thank you for making my business run a little more smoothly.”

“Quick and easy unlike NYC where I used to live. Buffalo is much calmer. Just a heads up, they do close for a period of time during lunch hours. It's funny how things are reversed here. As a New Yorker, we'd go out on our lunch break to mail out packages. Also, there is no kiosk system here.”
