Idk if the people who deliver actually work directly out of the local offices, like it appears everyone here believes, but if that's the case, they should occasionally review their carriers- random.check ups, etc.My carrier on Mitchell Pl gives me Cleveland Ave mail frequently, and he doesn't always give me, my mail. I have informed delivery and I don't always get what I'm supposed to get. But at least 2x a month Im guaranteed to get Cleveland Ave mail.However, the staff at the counter are always nice, and I have never had a single problem at this location”

“Today I received an early Christmas gift from the USPS on Como Park blvd. I want to thank a gentleman named Gary who sorted though a truck load of pkgs to find my package. It was medicine that my cat desperately needed but was delayed at the shippers point, due to their incompetence. I was supposed to have this med by Tuesday the latest and here it is Thursday with a delivery date of Friday afternoon. Thank you Gary, another day could have caused my cat her life. In fact, I once dropped my credit card in the post office and they made sure it got back to me. Now THAT'S unparalleled customer service. I love this location!”

“I was trying to have several packages picked up. I’m unfamiliar with the process, So I reached out to my local post office, which is located on William Street in Buffalo. When I called the night before I spoke with Alicia, who was extremely helpful, Giving the important information I needed to make sure my package pick up went smoothly. When I called back the next morning to let them know I forgot to submit the online request she told me “no problem. I printed out and gave him the information from your prior request” she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, even calling him after I had just missed him. He came back 10 minutes later and was nice as ever.”
“This was likely not the best representation of this post office as it was a Saturday before Xmas so it was busy and slow. There was also a problem with a computer so only 2 were up and running. It looks like normally there is at least 3 if not 4 registers.
Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. There was plenty of packing material, even special holiday themed boxes and mailers.
This is great if you're a Canadian and need to mail something in the USA as its right beside the Galleria mall.”

“Wrong building shown. The one I am reviewing is on Cayuga rd. Cheektowaga. I drove by it several times looking for it. They are not see from the road very well. In addition there is no sign that they are in that industrial park. Considering it is the Christmas season the service was great. Quick too.”

“Quick and easy unlike NYC where I used to live. Buffalo is much calmer. Just a heads up, they do close for a period of time during lunch hours. It's funny how things are reversed here. As a New Yorker, we'd go out on our lunch break to mail out packages. Also, there is no kiosk system here.”
