They provided my little quaker parrot Jackie with the most attentive and tender care I could ever ask for with professionalism that made me confident that he’d be ok. I unfortunately had to keep him here for 2 nights due to his condition but fortunately I had Dr.Wade who kept me updated the entire time, even after hours, and ensured Jackie was as comfortable and nourished as possible. She was awesome, super friendly, and knowledgeable. The pricing on everything wasn’t bad at all, it was clearly communicated with me and worth every penny because my little guy is doing so much better. “The staff is very compassionate. I have taken numerous animals and always received the best care. I used a different vet before finding this vet clinic and was very unhappy with them. I was told I had to put down a 9 year old cat (who was stressed because I moved and only needed hydration after that he lived to 18 years old) and not given any other options. At Southtowns animal hospital they give all available options and treatments along with the option of doing hospice care or as a very last resort euthanization. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vet.”
“When my 6-year-old cat Rory needed almost all of his teeth removed, my primary vet referred me to Dr. Hansen. I'm so pleased that there's a board-certified veterinary dentist in the area. He was patient, kind, and, most importantly, highly skilled. This isn't my first time having dental work done on my cats (the ones I adopt tend to come with preexisting dental conditions) but it was my first time with an actual veterinary dentist. Not only was the procedure fast and efficient, my cat healed up exceptionally well. His tech (Heather, I believe?) was also so kind and really helped calm my anxiety about the procedure. It's been a month and my two tooth boy is back to eating with gusto, and has apparently become three years younger in the process. It was the easiest dental procedure any of my cats have ever gone through and I am so happy knowing that my boy can finally live a pain-free, happy life! Here he is, showing off his two remaining teeth.”

“Dr. Adamzak and staff was amazing with our Holland Lop rabbit, Nala. We live an hour and 30 minutes away and was in need of an exotic vet due to our bunny’s hurt back leg. We were able to get right in and they were very kind and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable too! I definitely recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital and will be making the drive back to have Nala spayed in December.”

“We had a chicken get hurt, and this was the only place that would look at her. They fit us in the next day. Everybody there is so kind and compassionate. Our chicken had to go in for the day. When we brought her in, Helen (vet tech) worked with my daughter to reassure her that her chicken would be comfortable there. Later that day, we found out that we were going to have to put her down. While we were there, Helen had popped in and told us that she had given my daughter's chicken treats throughout the day. I can't explain what that meant to us. Dr. Hess stayed and answered our questions, so we knew there wasn't anything else we could realistically do to save her. On top of their amazing staff, their prices were not as much as I expected.”
“Myself and my dogs love everyone at ASAH!!! I feel like family and always leave with a good understanding of my dogs treatment plans. The past couple of years each of my dogs needed specific treatments. Finn has gotten dental and xrays to monitor his joints. Theo (pictured waiting for his friends to come in) has had a toe amputation, dental, and skin tag removals all with great success. Valley has had dental and oral surgery and got to tag along with Theo on his visit today for an anal gland issue that arose. Dr. Stein does a wonderful job explaining everything in an easy to comprehend way and I always feel assured all my questions are answered.
Amanda and Caroline are always supportive and kind at the front desk and always seem happy to see my and my precious fur babies. Thank you all for everything you do for me and my dogs”

I will not have anyone else caring for my dogs except Dr. Parisi.”

“The whole staff is very friendly! I have been going here for 30 years! All the vets love the animals. My dog had to have back surgery and Dr. Decker sat on the floor with him to do his exam. She found a heart murmur in my younger dog that the specialist had a tough time finding. She said dr decker is a really good vet. It took me some time to find it. Highly recommend”

“The techs and doctors at the Lancaster office are knowledgeable, caring, and very empathetic. My daughter's beloved bunny is old and unfortunately he is entering the end of life. The doctor was so understanding and sympathetic to my daughter, and offered us advice to keep him comfortable. I highly recommend to take your exotic animals here. We also bring our cats to the Williamsville office and have the same experience. We had a very sick little baby last summer and the techs and doctors took very good care of him.”
