“Everyone has their own opinions, but for emergency vet services, OP is by far, the best in the area. The staff is great, all around - front desk, techs, specialist, vets, etc... they all seem to love the animals as well - I know its a business, but they don't act like its a business first - and I really like that. They have helped save one of dogs twice in 2 years from bad Pneumonia and we are very greatful for their services.”

“By far one of the best veterinarian clinics I’ve been to. This should be the golden standard for every clinic out there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful in my time of need and were quick to lend a hand. They provided my little quaker parrot Jackie with the most attentive and tender care I could ever ask for with professionalism that made me confident that he’d be ok. I unfortunately had to keep him here for 2 nights due to his condition but fortunately I had Dr.Wade who kept me updated the entire time, even after hours, and ensured Jackie was as comfortable and nourished as possible. She was awesome, super friendly, and knowledgeable. The pricing on everything wasn’t bad at all, it was clearly communicated with me and worth every penny because my little guy is doing so much better. Thank you all at Specialized Care for Avian & Exotic Pets, truly.”

“I never give 5 star reviews, but I cannot recommend this place enough. I started going to Transit Animal Hospital in January 2023. I needed a place closer to home for my aging, sick kitty. The people here were so wonderful with him that I now take my rescue kitty, Sweetpea, to them. They are gentle and compassionate with the fur babies and I am very impressed by that and by their professionalism. They discuss billing before they do any procedure so you know what you are paying for and what it will cost. If you want to BEST CARE at a decent price this is the best place for your fur baby!”

“We had a chicken get hurt, and this was the only place that would look at her. They fit us in the next day. Everybody there is so kind and compassionate. Our chicken had to go in for the day. When we brought her in, Helen (vet tech) worked with my daughter to reassure her that her chicken would be comfortable there. Later that day, we found out that we were going to have to put her down. While we were there, Helen had popped in and told us that she had given my daughter's chicken treats throughout the day. I can't explain what that meant to us. Dr. Hess stayed and answered our questions, so we knew there wasn't anything else we could realistically do to save her. On top of their amazing staff, their prices were not as much as I expected.”

7441 Seneca Street, East Aurora NY 14052
“I've been coming to Seneca Animal Hospital since I got my oldest bird in 2009. Dr. Tomaschke is the best. From typical checkups and trims to health scares, he's been there to help and educate me. He's one of the only people I trust with my birds' lives. This clinic is in a rural area and benefits from a much less sterile setting and environment than other vets I've been to through the years. 5 stars doesn't even do the place justice. I'd recommend them to anybody with a pet.”

“Dr. Adamzak and staff was amazing with our Holland Lop rabbit, Nala. We live an hour and 30 minutes away and was in need of an exotic vet due to our bunny’s hurt back leg. We were able to get right in and they were very kind and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable too! I definitely recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital and will be making the drive back to have Nala spayed in December.”

895 Hopkins Rd, Williamsville NY 14221
“Everyone at this vet office was amazing. The vet tech (I think I’m not sure, or nurse) helped me bring my dog to the room, because I had my toddler and have ms. They were helpful with information, tips, and just kind in general. You can tell they love what they do. We were seen quickly, and given full disclosure about costs. They were great with our very excitable puppy. Thank you so much!!”

“We recently lost our cat of 15 years. He was a patient here, so we asked them about cremation. They went way above and beyond what I expected. We got a lovely sympathy card in the mail signed by the entire staff with thoughtful notes. We've been happy with them for a while in how they take care of our animals. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended.”

“I've been taking my cats to 5 Corners Animal Hospital for several years now and I'm extremely pleased with the care that they have received. The entire staff is welcoming and caring. Dr Petrillo is very knowledgeable and kind, and she takes the time to explain every single thing in detail which I appreciate so much. “Watched one of their very sweet employees go out to the middle of the road to pick up an animal that had perished. Even though it wasn’t a dog or cat, the man seemed to care the same amount, which was lovely to see. Rest assured all your babies are in the right hands here.”
-
2409 Union Road, Cheektowaga NY 14227
“Can’t say enough positive things about this place. I started coming here in early 2025 with my late Doberman and have since brought all of our cats and dogs here and will continue to do so. Dr. Lisa and staff have been incredible and went above and beyond for my family when our Dobie started declining. Everybody here is caring and compassionate and deserves the recognition. With alot of practices being bought out by corporations these days, grandview truly is the silver lining”

“I feel it was slightly over priced but better Prices than some it’s all your added fees I did not like extra charge for Debt Card Prices are high for Vet Care and you have no idea of final cost … Not fair to add charges for debt card … Next time I will bring cash But will get No extras because of the added fee to Debt card … I Really loved the care my Dog Brynlee Paige Received from Dr Rowell The Doctor was very Professional and Took time to explain things I want to stay with Alden Animal Hospital but I may not because of the Debt Card fees You would get 5 Stars Except you charged To use Debt Card and service tax fee and Medical Waste fee for what ? A needle in sharps container This is unreasonable cost You can get a lot of needles in a Sharp Container … 3.50 times how many Clients your making a big Profit Service Tax Fee ? I am Paying for your service I was Given an estimate then total price when I paid No mention of added Fees Please be up front with pricing Need to be informative about extra Vaccinations and options But then leave to individual I made my choice, then again Asked ? You did not want lime vaccine I made an informative decision after Talking with the Doctor I Did love the Care Given”
