“I love the selection at the store and the friendly help most of the store employees offer. However, the girls at the check out counter can be extremely unfriendly and even rude. Just now I went to check out and the girl at the register almost shouted “is that it”, never looked at me, then after I paid, she handed me the receipt without a thank you even though I said thank you to her. Friendly customer service counts especially at the register.”
