“Seldom have I found a facility loaded with "new tech" equipment and following "old school" customer service techniques. Mike's truly one of the greatest examples of why "shop small" is such a critical strategy. You can have your customer lounges filled with leather recliners and piped in videos. Give me a seat in the lounge area at Mike's Garage where you can rest assured your vehicle is receiving unsurpassed care. Oh, and the labor rates are more than reasonable! “I’m very impressed with the speed and quality of service I received. I called and spoke with Scott about getting an appointment, and they were able to fit me in the next day. They quickly evaluated my vehicle, and I received a call from Dan who explained the issues, and provided an accurate estimate. I approved the work, and they replaced my rear brakes (rotors and pads) as well as the thermostat—all completed the very next day. The estimate was spot on, and the service was excellent. “Highly recommend this garage. I was visiting my daughter and son-in-law from Virginia with a Ford 250 towing an RV The afternoon before we were heading back, I noticed I had a severe leak with a seal in my rear axle my son-in-law recommended this place. I talked to them to see if they could get it done so we can leave the next day. It was close to closing hours and they said they would do their best within a half an hour. They found a part had me drop the truck off and by 10 o’clock the next morning they had it all done plus they fixed a minor electrical problem. What impressed me even more was when I picked up the truck they gave me a detailed report on some of the things they found while they were doing the repairs. their bill was very reasonable. The mechanic is very knowledgeable, and the girl that worked behind the counter seemed very knowledgeable in this field. I’m actually going to try and schedule some of my preventive maintenance to where I could have them done at my next visit anybody that needs repairs you need to try this place”
