“Big shout out and thanks to Morin Tire & Alignment for getting out car fixed.
We were on our way home from a long road trip out east, still 4.5 from home, 830 at night, baby and dog with us, going into the long weekend, we were ready to just to drive straight home... And then bam our car quits on us and we were stuck on the side of the 401, just outside of Cornwall.
Call CAA, send a tow truck out and they recommend to take it to the Hyundai dealership. So we do that and found a hotel for the night. Called the dealership in the morning and they can't see us for at least a week, called NAPA Auto and same thing. (Thanks to NAPA though because they actually referred us to Morin Tire)
Called Morin Tire explained what was going on and they were able to get our car in that morning, and fixed by the afternoon.
Can't thank them enough for helping us get back on the road as soon as they could.

But in my experience, Vance takes his time because he wants to make sure hes not going to waste YOUR money by fixing something that's just going to break again in a month.His philosophy is to measure twice and cut once. Not to make any unnecessary errors.If you need you vehicle serviced in 24 hours, then bring it somewhere else. But, if you want your vehicle serviced properly and to not be charged an arm and a leg for unnecessary nonsense such as ; "assessment fees" or "diagnostic computer fees" , then bring it to Vance Savage.
