At the time I was a new homeowner and I worked with Bryan Perez to obtain home insurance and of course coverage for my vehicle. He was patient with me as I had so much transpiring at once and new to the process, he took his time to explain things to me and answered my questions with great ease. And, to this day (2025) he is very responsive to all my inquiries. Bryan is always a pleasure to work with and is professional, he acts quickly to get answers and always follows up. When Bryan isn't around, I've worked with Addison and Leanette who are also professional and easy to work with. Having a good relationship with your insurance agent is comforting but they also do their best to get the best rates they can for their clients which is greatly appreciated. This agency, Jennifer Rivera - State Farm Insurance Agents are bright and very helpful so I highly recommend them.”
