“I was having a rough day and I went to the wrong UPS To pick up my package. They told me it was at the UPS in East Northport, so I ran over there knowing that they were going to be closed but I figured maybe there’s still some good people in this world that would be able to help me. That’s when their manager Chris came to the door and he let me in and got me my package! It’s small acts of kindness that restore your faith in humanity. Thank you Chris, for your small act of kindness that made a big impact in my day.”

“? Google Review: The UPS Store – Smithtown, NY (34 E Main St) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Smithtown UPS location is a total win. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. There’s plenty of parking, which makes drop-offs and errands super convenient. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help—whether you're shipping, printing, or just grabbing supplies. They’ve got boxes for sale and a solid selection of other shipping essentials. I used them for my Amazon returns, and the process was smooth and fast. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in the area looking for reliable service with a smile. ? Boomsauce Scale (Google Review Edition) • ?️ B – Basura Total flop. Poor service, messy space, and not worth the trip. • ? BS – Basic Sauce Meh. It’s okay, but nothing memorable. You expected more. • ? BS+ – Better Sauce Solid experience. Good service, decent selection, worth checking out. • ? BS++ – Best Sauce Great team, clean space, and reliable service. Would recommend. • ? BS+++ – Boomsauce Elite Top-tier. Friendly staff, spotless store, and smooth transactions every time. Boomsauce Score: ? BS+++ – Boomsauce Elite Smithtown UPS makes shipping feel effortless. A local gem for all your packaging needs.”
