I absolutely love Fitbody. My body transformed so quickly, at 45 I’v never been stronger or looked better.. in just a matter of months. Facility is clean, plenty of space and trainers and staff are lovely and knowledgeable. I already referred 2 friends and will continue to spread the word :)
