“I had a propane gas leak at my home. I called the office and they had a technician (Rob) at my house within 15 minutes. He shut of the propane immediately and brainstormed getting me back up and running that same afternoon (literally within hours) so there was virtually no disruption of my service. This entailed applying for a permit with the town, moving the area where the tank was installed closer to my home (the leak was in the underground line) and installing a new propane tank literally the same day. Truly top notch service from suburban propane as well as thinking outside the box from Rob directly. I wish I could give them 6 stars.”
“We highly recommend Casey Energy. Our heat went out the evening before temperatures were to drop to 11 degrees. We are both almost 70 and we're concerned about being without heat. We have a service contract with Casey, and hoped we'd get quick service. We were pleased when a service tech was at our home 30 minutes after our initial call. Hal did a wonderful job. He made the the necessary repairs in an efficient professional manner. Fortunately we have a service contract, so our repairs were excellent and covered.

“Cannot say enough great things about Putnam Propane! I had Bob and his guys install new propane lines and tank for a new generator last October. From the estimate to completion, they did a fantastic job. Service was clean and professional. I was so happy with the work previously completed, that I just added a line for a new stove! They went above and beyond, helping with adjusting the flames on the new stove, etc. They were super clean working in my house. I highly recommend their services.”
