“I had such a wonderful experience at FedEx, and I really want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received.
The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to assist me with printing a label, even though what I needed help with had nothing to do with the services he was required to provide. He could have easily told me that it wasn’t something he could help with, but instead, he took the time to listen, figure out what I needed, and patiently help me get it done.
His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out to me. It’s not every day that you come across someone who is willing to go the extra mile simply because they want to help another person. He was courteous, patient, and made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier.
This experience reminded me that great customer service is about more than just completing a transaction—it’s about how you treat people. Employees like him are a wonderful reflection of FedEx and make customers feel welcomed and valued.

“This Is the BEST U-Haul location around!!! I use these guys very often and I’ve never had a single problem! They have the lowest rates, friendly staff, and are very accommodating. The trucks were also thoroughly disinfected before I arrived. Plus super convienant that this place is also a gas station to refuel truck after use.”
