“This Mavis Discount Tire location has come through for us several times already, especially when other locations were fully booked. We counted our lucky stars that they were able to help us, since we had a tire that was losing air and needed attention.
From the moment you walk in, they take your information and keep things moving. In our case, this past Sunday, even though they were busy with other customers, it took all of ten minutes to get us taken care of.

“Victoria Orrego had me at “Hello!” I expected to receive lack luster and disinterested customer service as I have at previous locations and received the exact opposite. I was very determined to stick within my price range and not once did Victoria dissuade me or say, “No can do!” I came in close to closing but she gave me the same energy she would if it were early in the day. She really worked with her managers to give me what I wanted (and even threw in a lil’ razzle dazzle in the form of add-ons). I drove in with a 19’ Civic and drove out with my dream car, 20’ Accord (within my price range!!!) Thank you so much for your persistence, kindness, and wonderful aura.
