“Very professional shop and staff. I was accommodated from beginning to end. From drop off to completion, I was updated with my repairs. Overall, they did a very good job on my truck. I’m crazy picky and it was my first luxury truck I bought, and I decided to use insurance company’s recommendation instead of taking to my usual guy. They lived up to the expectations they gave me at the start. And me being the crazy I am, wanted to see my old doors for personal reassurance, and they gladly accommodated my request with no hesitation. I genuinely felt comfortable with the staff and their work, and would use them again without a doubt if the need arises. I usually don’t do these reviews, but this one called for one because of the extreme service and quality they gave me.”

“Brought in my '99 E36 M3 with a low-voltage electrical issue and a possible air leak, and the team at Motorcepts nailed it. They did a thorough inspection and found a leak in the brake booster along with corrosion on the 12V positive line, issues that could've easily been missed. Turnaround was quick and the pricing was very fair for the level of diagnostic work involved. Got everything fixed and my E36 is running properly again. Thanks to Fred, Leo, and Jay for the amazing work, really appreciate the attention to detail!”

It was better than when I first bought it out of the dealership!!! I want to really give so much credit to Jay for paying such close attention to detailing my car…. He really went above and beyond and I will DEFINITELY always go back!! Thank you GMB for putting that new car feeling back into my car!!”

“Great store. Always has stuff or can get it to you the same day in a few hours. Way better than going across the street to stand in line for 30 minutes and being shuffled between different lines. Also much cleaner at Arch.”

“Mick McPherson reviewed R&G autobody -- 5 star January 11 at 7:59am · For those who have had limited or less than desirable service from any body shop they have ever used.....search no more! RG Autobody was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and simply said just a an example of how a consummate professional runs their business well. They gave me a ride home after I dropped off my vehicle. They dealt with me and my insurance company clearly & promptly to make the service experience flawless. When my car was finished it looked brand new! Not 80%, 98% but 100% perfect. Impeccable work. Plus they washed the car before they returned it to me so I could see the entire vehicle appearance before I took it home. Not just the repaired area. Ron is an owner who is personally involved in his day to day business and sincerely cares about the quality of the work they produce. His philosophy is simply. Every car that is returned to the customer effectively has his name and reputation on it. And that clearly shows in the overall results from great service!”

“Amazing experience! I brought my car in for repairs and couldn’t be happier with the service. Brandon was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My car was fixed quickly and came back running perfectly. The pricing was fair, and they didn’t try to push any unnecessary repairs. It’s hard to find a repair shop you can actually trust, but I’ll definitely be coming back here. Highly recommend!”
