“Took my kid for a blood test here and FYI: they have the vein finder! Kid did not need it though as the phlebotomist was AMAZING. I would recommend a stronger parent to go with the kid though because you have to put the child on your lap while the phlebotomist does her thing. She was a magician, and service was quick since I had made the appointment online, which I highly recommend.”

“The ladies at the Brooklyn location are very nice, but I'm still waiting for my PCR test results more than 44 hours ago! They said within 24 to 36 hours, now going on 45 hours and counting...horrible. Also the "Support" email address doesn't work, it bounced back as "Spam" twice. I went to the Church Avenue location today 9/4/23, and the young lady was very helpful, she gave me my test results printed on the spot and sent them to my email so I could send to my boss, what a relief! If she wasn't there I don't know what I would've done!”
“Best urgent care experience I’ve had. The staff was all warm, patient, and carefully explained everything, even if my question was a little basic. There were also kids on the waiting room waiting for their mom in the back and the front desk staff turned on a Netflix movie for them. I got the sense that these people don’t hate their jobs which means they actually have capacity to care for the strangers that walk in the door. Would definitely recommend this location.”

“I went for my annual Urine Testing. A Very Nice young Lady named Shania was my Technician. Shania was very polite and knew her craft very well. This is the only LabCorp that I have ever been to that had high quality cups to drink water out of. All the other LabCorp locations I have been to had low quality flimsy cups to drink water from. The waiting room, inside office and bathroom were very clean, well maintained. The entire facility is in great condition. The other ladies in the office were also very polite. Highly recommend! Thank you Shania for excellent service.”

“I went into this location after I was racially profiled and was refused service at the Labcorp location at 1723 East 12th St. I walked in as a first time TLC applicant and informed them to what had happened at the first location and they informed me that I was given false information. The two women at the counter were attentive to my situation and assisted me promptly. I was in and out of the office in about 10 minutes. Thank you so much for assisting me today and for putting your patients first, you guys are truly doing a great job.”
