The last three times I’ve visited, Dechen (Medical Assistant) has been an incredible help. She is always kind, caring, and professional. Emily and Jaylene have been extremely helpful as well. Emily has gone above and beyond to help coordinate my appointments with a specialist and has stayed on top of everything throughout the process.
Being injured and dealing with workers’ compensation can be stressful, but the staff at CityMD have made the experience much easier. I truly appreciate all of their support, compassion, and dedication.

“I’m grateful this location is actually open at 6:30am! The woman working front desk but was definitely busy and I found her to be very nice and cheery even when people seemed to grumble and complain to her. I walked in and waited maybe 5 minutes before I was taken back. The woman who took my blood was so nice and quick. Not fancy but gets the job done!”
“I like going to Quest in Forest Hills, even though I live in Jamaica, Queens. It is spacious, clean, doesn’t have a long wait, and the staff’s are great so far.”

“The service is fast and friendly. This is the second time I've used this location for a TLC drug test, and both experiences have been great. This time, my appointment was at 9:15 a.m., but I arrived very early around 8:00 a.m. and they still took me in.The receptionist was friendly and the service was quick. I was done in about 15 minutes. Although many people have left negative reviews about this place, I had a great experience. What I liked most for TLC drivers here is that there's plenty of free parking.”

“Had a pleasant experience (for someone who is scared of needles and bloodwork). I looked up so many Bioreference locations/reviews and even considered going into the city (even though I live in Astoria) bc it might be “more professional.” Very happy I decided to go to this location by me. Clean facility and there was no wait. They were pleasant and courteous with my insurance issue. The bloodwork was done painlessly and quickly. Will return if need be :)”
“The male doctors are extreamly nice . Check in was super fast and easy and as someone who has very thin veins so blood test hurt , blood test from here don’t hurt at all ‼”

“This is my second blood drawn at the Maple Ave, Flushing location. @09:20 AM that morning, I found a park by the Queens Botanical Gardens and walked several blocks, due to scarcity of finding a park any closer.
The young woman was cordial and professional. The facility is clean and well organized. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. I thanked the young woman for being able to take blood samples without me feeling a thing.
I highly recommend this Sunrise Medical Lab. locale and will have them provide services for me again in the future.”
“Small place but pretty fast for the drug test for tlc.
I went there in the morning about 8:30am, I was done in 15 mins.
Its tricky to get it because the GPS will take you to the back door of the labcorp. Dont go around the building. Go to the front of the building for the entrance.
Overall, it’s pretty convenient and quick.”
