“I came here due to the fact that the reviews were off the charts and I’ve to really be honest, it’s definitely a 5 star rating in my book. The staff from jump treated me with respect and mostly with care. Ms Betty Flore was very helpful and gave me a breakdown on my situation at hand. There’s no doubt that I’d come again if I had to but I’d also recommend this urgent care center to anyone that needs assistance and especially when it comes to our healthcare. ☺️”

“I researched which Quest I was going to go to extensively. My instinct told me to come here and I approached the center personally before scheduling to make sure there would be no glitch. To begin with, Melcom waits for you at the door and greets you very warmly. He is willing to help and answer a plethora of questions. Then I had the privilege of meeting lab technician Mellisa who makes persons af all ages and backgrounds feel comfortable. I did not experience anything close to a horror story here. She patiently helped with the registration process and was delightful during the smooth exam. That said we all know Quest has a scheduling protocol that is too digital for my taste. However, that is a central management decision, not the location's fault. I am confident leaving the Flushing a well deserved positive review.”

“If it's something that can be treated at the Clinic rather than the ER, I'm 100 % headed to the CityMD Clinic. The whole experience is a lot more streamlined, meaning the wait time is shorter, they get to the point with treating you and leads to me being less stressed and even less traumatized. Always greeted by a friendly receptionist, physicians assistant and doctor.”

“I was there yesterday and I have no idea what these folks giving bad reviews and complaining about... although I had an appointment I was late and still out of the lab in 20 mins and there were ppl ahead of me. The receptionist is professional and I would recommend setting up appointment as well .”

“The first time took several hours waiting for FAX from my Doc. I called my Doc and they verified they had sent FAX over an hour ago. Quest claimed the reason for delay was "the system was backed up." The second time I had my prescriptions with me. There must have been some "no shows" as I was seen a few minutes before my appointment time. The third time I was seen about 20 minutes after my scheduled time. At all visits the staff was courteous, helpful and patient. Unfortunately the place was overcrowded with many folks standing - possibly because of walk-ins from that day as well as previous day. I am going to try the Cedarhurst location because I had to walk about 6 blocks from bus stop to the Jamaica Quest because there was no available parking near Jamaica Ave except for meters (if you are lucky enough to get one). Cedarhurst appears to have parking but reviews from earlier years were really terrible. I am hoping that by now management has corrected those issues. Wish me luck.”

Had blood work done and usually I'd dread this since it takes a few jabs to get my blood and sometimes it bruises but this time, Spring, the technician was able to get it in one try. She has excellent bedside manner and is just the best person ever! Would go here again”

“It’s important to change the narrative about this place. Yes, the reception wasn’t the greatest, however the phlebotomist was amazing. It seemed an angel drew the blood because I didn’t feel anything. I didn’t have to wait either because I had an appointment . The system was down and that added more work for everyone. All in all, it was a very good experience.”

“Writing this review after just finishing my walk-in screening with Quest Diagnostics - went there a few days before Christmas so understandably quiet and empty, only two people were ahead of me so I had a very short wait time of about 10 minutes despite being walk-in.When I was called, the receptionist stated that next time I go, I should make an appointment. Process was pretty simple, easy, and quick. Definitely felt like I got a lot luckier compared to most of the other reviewers for this place.”
