“I am so impressed with the customer service representatives who handle the phones at Suburban Propane in Bridgehampton. I've always found them to be attentive to issues and great at followup. Most recently I had an issue due to a disconnect between my pool heater installer and the technician from Suburban Propane who did the hook up. Julia Martinez in the SP office was very persistent in helping to get it resolved and ensuring that I was not billed extra for rework that was necessary. So grateful for all the help!”
