“This place is a gem!! They have been serving the area 150 years..!! You know they are for the average guy.. they take care of their customers.. otherwise they would not have lasted.. Ed was beyond helpful.. we needed items they don’t carry typically in store ( 30 amp service for our camper) he went to work on his computer to help us ..then we asked about a good spot for lunch and he directed us to a new business.. I appreciate the small town business feel. Thx u Ed.. even if it’s a drive for us..”

“We were looking for a new Box spring and Mattress. Searched Utica high and low $3500 - $4800!! We stopped at Morgan’s True Value right here in Waterville ( we had purchased from him before) Tom took us up stairs looked at the mattresses and I said what are the foam mattresses like? Tom said they are Gel Filled not like the old foam sets. Asked about warranty? Tom explained it’s 3/4” in ten years. Then said did you know your regular set will do the same? Anyway, they delivered on a Sunday!! It’s truly amazing Jodi and I have NOT slept this well in years. Shop local -Tom and the “crew” they are the best people to deal with.. I have also found something’s are cheaper than the big box stores! Rmcnamara”
