“I shop at this Walgreens location very frequently, especially for family photo orders and everyday purchases, and I consistently receive outstanding service. Three employees in particular, Brennan, Maritza, and Javy, truly go above and beyond every single time I come in.
They recognize me by name, greet me warmly, and are always willing to stop what they are doing to help me with my photo orders, questions, and purchases. They are patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. No matter how busy the store is, they make me feel like a valued customer and never rush me.
My photo orders are always handled with care and accuracy because of them. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication are a big reason why I continue to choose this Walgreens over any other store.
Employees like Brennan, Maritza, and Javy are rare, and they represent the very best of what customer service should be. They absolutely deserve recognition for the exceptional work they do every day.”
“Wanted to give a special shoutout to the guy William in the sub area. I was in a bind the other day trying to serve 40 people lunch and had only a half hour to spare. Will was calm cool and collected as he made the subs as fast as he could and put them on serving platters for me. So appreciative of him and the team for pulling that together on a busy Sunday.”

“Park Ridge Apothecary is definitely the best pharmacy as far as I'm concerned. I've been using this pharmacy for years and the pharmacists and technicians here are fantastic! Knowledgeable, caring and will go out of their way to help resolve any issues that may arise with your prescriptions, insurance companies or doctors. Never a long wait.... I moved to Victor from Canada a few months ago, right in the middle of some tough health issues that left me in tremendous pain for weeks on end. Picking up prescriptions at a Walmart (!!!!) after the most excruciating medical testing should be an awful task; but I’m so grateful for the consistent care, compassion and warmth from every single person at this pharmacy. They've helped me through some of my worst days, even when I felt alone without my family around. Joe (Pharm D) and April (R.Ph) are the most friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and down to earth pharmacists I’ve ever known. Sandy is easily one of my favorite people on the planet. The empathy she showed me during one of the worst days of my life is something I’ll never forget. Seth is always also so kind and warm.
Everyone there has so much patience as my anxiety gets the better of me when there’s insurance-talk. This team has made a huge difference in my life. (I wish I knew everyone’s name so I could thank them. I’ll likely update this review in the near future.)
I honestly never expected to find this level of care at a Walmart pharmacy. I can’t give them enough stars.”

“I'd give them 5 stars if it weren't for one of their female workers (I won't disclose her name here but its burned into my memory). She answers the phone and has a serious attitude no matter if I'm just calling to reorder, check the status of a rx or attempt to figure out why they weren't getting the script from the dr (sent it 3 times). She offered to send another request to the provider but anything beyond that, don't expect help. ZERO compassion. Other pharmacies will offer to call the dr when being told the office has sent it previously. Not her. I asked for a fax number to provide to the dr but apparently their system doesn't work like that. Basically they do nothing except send another request. So now the provider has to call them to figure out why the script isn't going through. Hopefully she doesn't hang up on them for trying to get medicine to their patient like she did me.
I can't imagine being that miserable to people at work and still have a job.”
