“1,000,000/ 10. Probably the best “corner store” eats in the 585 no funny. The food so good I forget they got a handful of snacks and beverages cause there also a convenience store. I’ve had the Swiss and mushroom cheeseburger with fries when I came the first time and to be completely honest, lowkey the best burger in Rochester that i’ve ever had. The fires are so crispy and flavorful within themselves that they compliment the meal so wonderfully. Of course I had to come again, and when I did I got the Upstate Fabulous Stinger Sub and I added extra veggies on mine cause that’s how I like it, but if you ask me, the food is perfectly fine and tasty how it comes on the menu, the fact I can add extra toppings and sauces is such a plus. I’m currently back for the 3rd time and I’m ordering the same sub with the smash burger this time and I’ll leave and update soon about the smash burger. So far though, it’s been a pleasure to have such a store with such delicious food, with a diverse menu to choose from, (that there currently expanding on) right in the Dewey neighborhood. I promise they won’t disappoint you.”
“One of our favorite places to stop for a quick bite. Staff and owner Jay is always friendly and makes one of the best gyros and over-the-rice boxes (even though they have a variety of selections, that I still have not yet tried). One of the best conscience stores and hidden gems around Rochester.”

“When I picked up my car from Delta Sonic today, I was completely floored. My car is 11 years old and when I picked it up it looked like it could have been on the showroom floor. It literally looked like no one had sat in it yet, let alone my doggo for the last 3 years. UB detailed my car with such care, did a complete walk-through with me as I was just blown away by how beautiful my car (Zelda) was shining. Floor mats looked factory direct. No dog hair and no NY salt on the carpets. Thank you UB and DS!!”
“I bike there all the time, its just a straight mile down from my house. And let me tell you, it is the best customer service i have ever seen and experienced. The cashiers are friendly, and a couple of times i have accidentally not had enough money for my stuff, but he has let me go out without it, and of course i give him the money i DO Have. The owner is super nice, and always smiles to me before i walk out, and the cashiers there inculding the boss, are like distant friends, who arent FRIENDs, but they recognize me and call me bro and stuff. Best service in town, this world needs more people like the people who work here.”
“I love this place and I always have!!! I will continue to buy my subs here as they are great quality... HOWEVER, I do wish they would have specified on the menu that the chicken parm sub was sliced chicken deli meat as i am pregnant. I was under the impression it was a hot sub so I was disappointed. Also, the young lady that was at the counter checking people out was very impatient and rude with the elderly gentleman in front of me. Patience is a virtue and I hope that attitude could change.”
“I want to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing staff and management team at Delta Sonic in Penfield, NY.
On Monday, I accidentally lost my wallet at the store. I didn’t even realize it was missing until two days later.....by then, I was going crazy trying to figure out where I had last used it. Eventually, I remembered I had tipped the kind gentleman who cleaned the inside of my car, so I called Delta Sonic to check.To my relief, the management team told me they had found a wallet that matched my description. When I went in to see it, it turned out to be mine with nothing missing. In fact, there was even a bit more cash in it than I remembered having!
I can’t express how much this experience meant to me. I had been going through a tough time personally and had started to lose faith in humanity. But what the staff at Delta Sonic and that honest person did completely restored my faith. Their integrity, honesty, and genuine care really touched my heart.
A huge thank you to the entire Delta Sonic team and the good Samaritan who brought my wallet in. Your kindness made a lasting impact.... it’s something I’ll never forget.

“Found this place by accident. Has to be some of the most quality food I've ever had. If you are health conscious as well they have a great selections for that. Owners and staff are super friendly. I was conversing with the owner for a minute and he was telling me he was originally from NYC etc. They were out of something I wanted and he said to come back the next day and he had it ready to go. Old school place that really cares about its customers. If you are in the area stop in. Fantastic spot that will make you feel like you are in a NYC deli.”

“I shop at this Walgreens location very frequently, especially for family photo orders and everyday purchases, and I consistently receive outstanding service. Three employees in particular, Brennan, Maritza, and Javy, truly go above and beyond every single time I come in.
They recognize me by name, greet me warmly, and are always willing to stop what they are doing to help me with my photo orders, questions, and purchases. They are patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. No matter how busy the store is, they make me feel like a valued customer and never rush me.
My photo orders are always handled with care and accuracy because of them. They take pride in their work, and it shows. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication are a big reason why I continue to choose this Walgreens over any other store.

“I've recently been frequenting this establishment and I have been happy with the actual stellar customer service I have been given by the young and professional staff at this location.
The energy is the same as the first time I was going on my virgin visit to get some unhealthy food for my severe case of the munchies.
That positive energy flow was refreshing To me and the sincere smiles I received made me feel welcome and played a huge role in returning to shop again.
Now I'm going on the regular before they close at midnight so I have been making 4 to 5 trips to Farm Fresh every week and I'm still completely satisfied with my experience.
Thanks for being unique and old school professional customer service I don't remember the last time I felt that awesome and it is the best way to get residual customer base by having happy satisfied customers leave your store you never want anyone to leave angry.

Target is clean, quiet and has many busy staff.
The CVS pharmacy is quiet, a good place to get vaccines. Quick, respectful, clean, and ready to assist a customer, help with a vaccine or give professional advice. I have been there twice to catch up on my vaccines. Every time treated respectfully with all the staff. Thank you.”

“I like this establishment. There is always the same lady working on nights when I stop in she is very pleasant. I always stop in here for a coffee after my delivery right beside them. The coffee is always good. I always grab a snack as well. I especially like it because I can get my semi in easily without disrupting the gas bar. Always a good experience here.”
